Fresh newsletter. I was curious how the SEC’s recent PoW mining guidance might abstract to PoS staking, so I did a deep dive. I suspect that with time, we’ll get further guidance as to the current SEC’s view on PoS staking. But also, a non-litigious SEC doesn’t mean anything is in the clear from state AGs or plaintiffs bar suits, unless there’s greater legislative clarity.
