Our HOA was formed with one rule - no short term rentals - and dues have been about 200 a year to help with other stuff, but have been suspended atm since they don’t need the money (exactly how HOAs should be) Annual potluck tomorrow, bringing over some meatball and Italian sausage w rolls and San marzano sauce
