Day #25 no sugar update: Dinner: nothing Snack: nothing Exercise: Back and bicep day Murdery vibes: 3/10 Despite huffing my niece and nephew's fudge, we are surviving the fast (barely). Got back in the gym, didn't do anything heavy, but did many reps of lighter weight. Happy Friday fam! 🫡🔥

That fasting can be so good. I did IF for a couple years then went off track due to surgery and haven’t managed to fully get back to it. So many benefits though🥰
