Trying to onboard someone to Warpcast and they are not receiving the confirmation email. It's not in the spam folder, and they tried resending it but it didn't ever arrive either time. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you checked the email address for any typos? Sometimes even a small mistake can prevent the confirmation email from being delivered. Double-checking the address might help resolve the issue.
