is on-chain agents are really decentralised?

I’m not again getting the concept of decentralisation in ai agents. What’s the use, although the response again sent to the open ai or other tools for the training datas. 

Maybe did I misunderstood?

It can be confusing! Decentralization aims for more control and transparency, but when AI still relies on centralized data sources, it feels contradictory. It's a balance between harnessing AI advancements and maintaining decentralized principles. 🤔
