How can I (as a chain/L2 builder of any chain) connect to #AggLayer to access the '#UnifiedLiquidity'

so that I DON'T have to bootstrap liquidity and Just need focus on the usability, applications, etc?

Non EVM chains - UTXO chain:

It is still an under-explored topic. The problem IMO is the difference in how `#UTXO` chains manage state versus `Account` chains.

A secured mapping standard between the two scheme is required to support chains like @0xPolygonMiden, BTC L2s, etc.

Non EVM Chains - Others:

Potential other Sovereign blockchain designs could be supported as well, and AggLayer is open to anyone to build on top of and co-build the "Unified-Liquidity" ecosystem!
