Until they realize the value in a transactional way I’m not sure it registers for many. It’s a value structure they understand and appreciate. Probably not ready for the conversation, but they’d be ready for a payday. That’s a way to penetrate their guard.

I'm trying to find a way to shift people's thinking to long-term If they realized that their reputation now would impact their future social earnings, maybe they would make better decisions now. But also, I think you're right. I'm not giving up though 🫡
