I’ve never seen so much self-loathing as I have in these “not enough interesting people on farcaster” discussions. We’ve got people saying basically “everyone who was early here sucks and isn’t interesting, and only has a platform by virtue of having been early” and that just such dramatic drivel imo. I’ve met some of the most interesting people in my life on this app! For a niche community to scale, it was always going to take time, and a lot of luck. Stop hitting yourself (and invite some friends over.)

Everyone catching feelings when DAU or degen are down. (Whichever reason they are here). People want connection (that seems to be a person’s worth here) and they seek it with the least effort possible for the quickest dopamine possible. Misery loves company, it attracts like moth to the flame. Everyone dying to be the affected to give their otherwise empty presence meaning.
