strong opinion, somewhat strongly held: i don’t fw elon’s emerging “sperm donor” persona. it’s a luxury belief in action. he pushes pronatalism, but his $$ lets him offload and opt out of the hands-on parenting that is good for kids. we shouldn’t normalize absentee fathers. same goes for Kardashians.

agree, if there were more communal raising of children like there presumably was in 12th century mongolia it caps some of the downside
