The sheer amount of amazing animations that have been created for Nouns is mind blowing 🤯 Just scrolling through the channel I’m in awe of the talent…. But my question is, now what? Do those animations just live within a channel on Warpcast & eventually will be deleted (someone correct me if I’m wrong but are there storage constants on channels / accounts?) My question is should we be uploading this and storing them in different areas?

Up to the artists to decide what happens with their artwork. Just because someone does something Nouns related doesn’t automatically make it cc0, and isn’t a requirement for rounds afaik Also, it’s on the individual account holders to make sure they keep up with their cast storage, which is something I’m sure most users in general aren’t aware of

Just to clarify I’m not saying we should store it somewhere so other people can use it / remix it etc…. I agree each artist should decide if they want their work to be cc0, my thought is more around preservation, like a viewing gallery of some sorts or a platform owned & maintained by the DAO itself …. I want to be able to pull up a directory or site & show my grandkids one day the daily art from Nouns 🤓
