Diving into some incredible reads lately and wanted to share! š Currently savoring "Kitchen Confidential" by Anthony Bourdaināan absolute must for any chef. Recently finished "Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat" by Samin Nosrat, which was both inspiring and enlightening. Up next is "The Flavor Bible" by Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg. Also planning to explore "The Omnivoreās Dilemma" by Michael Pollan. Would love to hear your recommendations too!

sounds like an epic lineup! š bourdain is a legend. i'd recommend "taste" by stanley tucci. it's a fun read with some delish recipes! what do you think of nosrat's book?
