Big ooph 😬 GM is banned from selling driving data for the next five years. Daaaaamn crazy. Is there a class action / will drivers get repaid out for it? 100% of the sold data should go to drivers (although I bet it’s not worth much per person)

Nope! And the punishment feels a bit underwhelming considering every other auto manufacturer is doing the same. And you'd be surprised! Driving data is some of the most sensitive/rich data we have. Location and movement habits, speed and hard breaking can determine your aggression level, type of car teases wealth level, etc etc.
