Is it just me or are Windsurf and Cursor both so sluggish they're unusable right now?

I'm on the latest version of both

not sluggish but Cursor’s suggestions are sooooo useless recently. using sonnet as i always have, i feel like either i’m being gaslit by the ai dev community as a whole, or the ai insiders are ruining my predictions as punishment

Felt this today. 

Switched to using ChatGPT directly for right now
