I actually really like the 0% threshold solution. Getting new members into Nouns DAO through the auction should be above eBV with a meme premium. By keeping the threshold at 0%, arbs can easily escape at a barely break even until a real bidder comes along. @el4d excellent write up :)

Giving arbs the ability to fork whenever, keeps the knowledge of what's real Treasury versus what's not. If a real bidder comes in, all they have to do is outbid eBV aka meme premium. Obviously as an arb, if I feel like nouns premium will increase, then I hold my nouns to fork later (bullish scenario)

I want to better understand your take: you don't want to lower eBV to push auctions down to where natural demand can compete and win?
