- Presenting in realistic ways how our solution is attractive and to whom. 
- Separate treasure hunters from builders.

I guess it's collective vs individual mentality.
Builders are usually curious and appreciate to contribute with others. Besides having their own work to show for themselves.
Those hunting are trying to collect small pieces of several cakes.
