Yesterday was the last day of the carnival in Venice and ofc I had to eat seasonal specialty frittelle. 

I was curious so did some different flavors tasting and my favorite are:
-pistachio
-dark chocolate 
-whipped cream 
-hazelnut 
 
If you wonder what frittella is, its deep fried pasty similar to donut, hole inside is filled with different flavors, most popular is called zabaione (alcoholic custard) and crema (similar to vanilla custard)
