Day #7 no sugar update: - Dinner: Parmesan crusted trout, broccoli - Snack: I honestly forget - Exercise: day off 🫂 - Murdery Vibes: 8.2/10 🤬 Yesterday was a struggle all around, but that day is over... we forge ON! Some RESULTS: - down -8.7 lbs - sleeping great - mental clarity 8/10 LETS. FUCKING. GO.

Truth, it’s 100% a positive cycle where the results can keep you motivated to keep going! Have you decided if/when you’ll have a treat to reward yourself, or just going to stick with it indefinitely? I feel so much better without it tbh, just gonna stick with it for now!

In my mind, after 2 weeks, I was going to reintroduce fruit as a snack. At 1 month, I was going to reintroduce things like pizza on a cheat day. I'm going to try not to revert back to the old lifestyle at all. Exercise stays up always.
