All caught up on notifications, hammered this pre workout back 10 minutes ago, and now it’s time to get some training in. It’ll take about 2 weeks of true consistency to really get the body and mind back into the groove of WANTING to train and get over this hump of feeling like I’m forcing myself. LFG!! 💪 🏋️♀️

Yeah been gyming for 3 months now and I just wake up and do it whether I want to or not It’s s really effective method of training your discipline and consistency I don’t even focus on the body anymore

Big time! I used to be very big into it, injuries and all that stuff forced me away and then you kinda get stuck in a rut. Time to break out of it though!
