Hahaha I wish! I'm on almost 2 months of 0 sweets lol. No sugar/sweetener. 

I mean, the odd gram will slip through in a savory dish or whatever, but no blatant sugary type food in almost 2 months. I would LOVE some ice cream though lmao

It's definitely been an adventure! All of the sugar-free stuff will still have some levels of sweetener though. My last bloodwork came back pre-diabetic, so even though I'm in pretty good shape, it was an "oh shit" moment to not screw around with, so I've gotta stick with not creating insulin spikes as often as possible. 

Get my bloodwork back to normal levels and then I can introduce treats back in extreme moderation lol
