Around 4 months now of zero processed sugar treats/sweets and only the odd gram or 2 that sneak in through a savoury dish. Every once in a while my wife makes some homemade ice cream with no sugar (we use vanilla, peanut butter or fruits for flavor) and it does the trick for me! I’m gonna keep the (almost) no sugar life going for the foreseeable future!

Nice have you noticed a difference? If it weren’t for coffee, tea or beer I could do this. Only sugar that I currently intake and there’s no chance I’m stopping πŸ˜†

Gotta make some sacrifices πŸ˜† I’ll still have some beers, my main goal is no processed sugar to avoid insulin spikes. I cut out almost all sweeteners too even though most don’t actual spike insulin. Coffee I just take with a bit of cream, same with tea!
