Lol, nah, I can hang back and watch. I have a cheat day every month or 2 lol. I'll enjoy some treats around Xmas day! 😁

Oh ya, food consumption up here is basically the same as down there lol. You have to actively try hard to eat well, because most of the food is processed trash 😂

I hear that once you get over that mega hurdle of the sugar-jonesing, it gets much easier.

But im sure up north it’s just as bad but in the US trying to avoid sugar is like trying to avoid idiots.

Virtually impossible lol
