Apologies for the slow update! We got intern #4 home, let her check the house out and see the other interns briefly (as expected, intern #1 is VERY curious and being so good around her) and brought her upstairs for more rest. I laid with her for a few hours so she could get some more rest. She’s doing well, but definitely in a little bit of pain, thankfully we have meds to give her every 8 hours to help with that. She’s here at her furrever home now though! 💜 🥰 🐈

She just got spayed (fixed) yesterday so they have to wear this to prevent them from licking the wound open and removing the stitches. We ordered her a little onesie that will arrive tomorrow so she doesn’t have to wear the cone though 😝
