Hell ya! My son and I are rewatching DS right now (and funny enough are on the Entertainment District currently) for our 7th and 4th times respectively lol. He started watching it 2 years ago in Grade 3 and we've been hooked since, he got me into Anime with it 🤣

It's an excellent entry! I started with My Hero Academia, then I read the entirety of the DS manga, watched DS after, anime is super cool once to adjust to it(at least was an adjustment for me)

Ayyyy that's sick! My Hero was my second one after DS. I've since watched JJK, One Punch Man (with my son), and Solo Leveling. One we finish this rewatch of DS, he wants to finish MHA (we've midway through S2), JJK and then he wants to start One Piece which I hear has 1000+ episodes lol.

I'm *almost* current on MHA, I got sad watching it and had to take a break lol. I've read half of Chainsaw Man and started the show. Need to finish it. I loved the live action One Piece, started the anime but it's pretty intense to palette for me. Also have watched a bit of Sword Art Online

Hahaha, MHA is definitely a solid one and it has some sad moments for sure lol. Haven't heard of Chainsaw Man, there's soooo many shows to choose from. He wants to watch it (One Piece) because a Roblox game he plays is based off of One Piece. We'll see if he's up for the 1000+ episodes in due time haha

I think so! I do wonder if the graphics from the early season might deter him? I'm not sure how they look, but from my understanding they're like 20 years old or something lol. And as the name suggests, a man with a chainsaw is probably a bit gory, but hey, DS is about cutting demons heads off too I guess 😅 🤣

The 20 yr old graphics is part of why I didn't watch it. And it's supppeerr over the top lol I'm sure it gets better later on though! And yeah both involve slaying. But Chainsaw Man is a whole other level content wise lol
