I'm around 4 months of no sugar treats!! I do have some fruit and homemade ice cream with fruit, peanut butter and vanilla for flavoring, but mannnnn this looks good lmao

No worries lol, it’s easier to pull off when there was a health reason! Before I got out of the military I had my final bloodwork and it came back as pre-diabetic. It was at the very low end, but it was enough for me to make a brash decision lol, and once it hits type-2 there’s no going back, so I’m beating it before that happens! 💪 🫡 💜

Here’s a homemade ice cream my wife made me tonight, just 35% cream + vanilla, blend it up and throw it in the freezer for a few hours and voila!
