Dinner time! Cooked some chicken tenders in the air fryer, schnitzel style, and some broccoli bites as a side. I highly recommend both, and the broccoli bites are especially good for kids that don't like veggies.

Looks amazing! How do you make the broccoli bites? My son will eat broccoli when it’s buttered and seasoned, but these look like an awesome way to spruce things up πŸ˜† πŸ– x 150

They're solid and great to throw in lunches. ~16 oz of steamed broccoli chopped (one decent sized head). Can also use frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained. 1 1/2 cup of grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese 3 eggs salt & pepper 1 cup of seasoned Italian breadcrumbs Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. With your hands, form small patties and lay on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 375F for 25 minutes, turning the patties after the first 15 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
