One thing that I used to do a lot before I started feeling happier was living for someday. 

“Someday when I have more money, I’ll be happy.”
“Someday when I’m happy, I’ll take better care of myself.”

Stop living for someday. Start living for today because tomorrow isn't promised.

Wise words here bro. It’s way too easy to get caught up in the “soon I’ll do this/that” as the days slip by.

I’ve been guilty of that quite a bit lately since medically releasing from the military. That said, I do have physical/mental injuries tagging along with me, but they shouldn’t be excuses either.
