Mental fortitude is something that can't be taught.  It's something you have or you don't (but can be cultivated)

In poker, this was a skill that made or broke players.

In life it's applicable in more ways than you realize.

Ie.
"Eth is down 10%, I'm losing too much, I want to sell" - mental toughness will prevent you from panic selling

Mental fortitude can be strengthened by physical practice.  The better you feel physically, the clearer your mental state is to make great decisions.

So when people ask "Why are you on this health kick?"

The answer: 

To improve both my physical and mental well being.

Hahahah, such a stark difference in how you both present in though lol. 

At the end of the day, watching a portfolio go up and down all the time can be tough for a lot of people. They either have to learn to deal with it, or maybe stick to some safer stuff like TradFi, or buy and hold BTC/ETH instead lol.
