Adding this in to answer your question - and not sure I'd call it special - but I'm about to finish 15 years of military service. Transitioning back into civilian life this month, feels a bit surreal!

I would love to listen more about it! do you feel like it's possible to fit a normal civilian life? will it be hard? what sector were you? like actually military or navy or the flying guys (forgot how they're called)

I wouldn’t say it’s impossible, but it will be tough. Thankfully I’m blessed with 2 years off where I’ll be doing some therapies, physio, reconditioning type stuff with full pay. At the end of that they’ll determine if I’m fit for work or not. 🤷‍♂️
