They really are, I bought a nice pill box that holds your 7 days, and each little one inside has Morning/Afternoon/Evening slots, so I've got those all set up for a week at a time with my cannabis stuff, vit-D, magnesium, Zinc, fish oils and turmeric! 🤣

We are old if we are talking about our vitamins lol, and fuck I forgot to bring mine to work 😂
