It’s crazy, you definitely can shed some pounds simply by doing that! Double the progress by upping the physical activity too. Sugar is so bad! I’ll reintroduce it as a very infrequent treat only eventually!

What kind of sugar are you cutting? I see it all around internet that people are looking up how much sugar almost every packaged food has. Pasta sauces apparently have 1/2 cup of sugar in it πŸ’€ this is also changing how I cook cuz I don't want processed sugar.

Everything that I physically can. There are a few grams here and there through the day that may sneak in via a savory dish, but I've cut out 100% of sweets, treats, sweeteners and things like that. Say a greek pasta salad I have a serving of has 1g of sugar, I'm not too worried, but being as cognizant as possible!
