So, everyone is discussing socialfi as Farcaster v Friendtech, but why not Farcaster + Friendtech? I was bullish FT because it inserted into the X stack as token gating as a service. Why not pull the social graph into Farcaster and create the hyper app?

Honestly, channels might be my favorite non-crypto aspect of Warpcast. It's an elegant "design your own algo" implementation, but we'll have to see how it holds up for general categories as users come in and content increases.

Easily the largest hurdle for Farcaster adoption is convincing users of traditional apps that the rebuild of their following is worth the effort. ...but what if you could migrate the social graph over (or make it 1-click away?)? 🤔

What's everyone's favorite fitness tracker? Been in the Garmin ecosystem for a few years (Forerunner 945). Biometric tracking is accurate Battery life is 5+ days App UI is so-so I don't want a phone replacement/extension - just health and fitness. Whoop is the only thing I've seen to pique my interest.

Highly recommend Layne Norton's ph3 program for those looking to maingain. Great balance of hypertrophy and strength gains. If anyone is interested in a Google sheet to plug in your own numbers for a 90d program, let me know. 🤝
