Good morning, farcaster. Had a session with a psychologist, I feel better afterwards. The main idea is to pay more attention to positive things, write them, enjoy the good moments. Reward myself for it Just a thought, all that's left is to implement and find something positive)

You did the right thing by seeking professional help. Sometimes we face real dramas in life, but more often, we get caught in a cycle of our own fears and worries, which we fuel with our thoughts. Over time, we realize that none of the things we worried about actually happened. Overthinking is the culprit. Thatโ€™s why, thousands of years ago, we came up with exercises to control our thoughts instead of letting them control us. We call it meditation. Stand up, look around, shake the heavy thoughts off your shoulders, and shift your attention outward instead of inward. Work, exercise, socialize with friends, play games, listen to music, watch movies, and most importantlyโ€”donโ€™t overthink it.

I just often find that when I get anxious about something, it happens. But I need to get things done and rest)
