What are the best examples of (future) utility of “the Metaverse” in your opinion? (I am currently pretty sceptical as I see a lot of TALK and not a lot of examples that interest me)

The metaverse narrative is a year old in practical terms. Let’s give it time. In terms exact use case, apart from edtech, I don’t see one straightaway - but that’s more VR. Metaverse can also be a genuine creator focused decentralised web..
