But still, i’m a huge fan of vitello tonnato, imho everything is in the sauce on that dish🤌🏻

i never heard of tonno vitellato, and i looks amazing. i live for stuff like that, and i like the meat/fish combos, alwayz soo gud. at least here where we arev😉

i dont have the patience for that anymore bro 😅 iv spent 15 yrs in the restaurant business.

i can cook pretty gud, but not doing those type of dishes for myself anymore

 i rather take the wifey out on a friday night and pay to enjoy, then spent hours making it and in the end i dont get that flavour

Ayee bro sounds fun tbh, but keep in mind that Canavacciuolo is a 5 Michelin stars chef😂
