No more top casters in any channel. Is this an intended feature or a bug?

FYI — we removed Top Casters in channels. 

Not a protocol feature since easily gamed. 

May revisit a new implementation that works well for the protocol.

😂 real. If you check the replies on  dans casts, he gets better feedback from nonpbs and they make 80% of his comments, and the dude just ignores them all
