Ah, yeah. The act of tipping is stable--mostly done by hardcore committed FCers. But the receiving of tips is not stable. Difficult to do what is needed to make anything worthwhile and content is suffering in lots of places except hot channels and degen pockets.

Tldr. Degen tipping should be stable from here
