Don't know what you know, but your pfp looks like @garrett so I'm guessing you know a bit unless you guys don't talk about ETH. 

So, I'll say that ETH has an L2 (which a nerd way of saying a side partner) called BASE which has a fierce culture and environment for builders of the next phase of the internet and those learning. A lot of people here are what everyone likes to call 'based.'

May be too simple, but that's what came to mind.
