My dog (a rescue) has been having pretty bad anxiety episodes lately.

I’ve been able to get her some anxiety meds but was wondering if anyone has any other tips for how I can help her on the day-to-day?

I don't know this well, but I recall one family I know getting one of those tight-ish jackets for their dog which made it feel more secure. Not sure what they are called.
