😂 Still trying to figure out how to do better without an audience but it’s so limited here for normies. I was not designed w/ influencer traits.

How to improve your leaderboard ranking

1. Choose a niche to a top 1% caster on Farcaster today and try to have one extra thoughtful cast a day (like a mini blog post)

2. More generally, cast *a lot* (many times a day); doesn't need to be about the above niche

3. Use catchy, brief titles, see @balajis

4. Make your casts text-heavy

5. Write text in short paragraphs (2-3 lines max); avoid wall of text

6. Include one embed only (link/image/video)

7. Engage: Reply to comments

8. Direct message followers your most important posts

9. Create niche-focused group chats and post links to your casts to help kickstart engagement

What do you like or are good at or are learning in life or web3? What is a topic (or two) that you could post about 3 times a week with your own take or explanation or sharing what you are learning about? 

You don't need to be an influencer, but people like authentic takes on things that come from who you are. 👊 💜

I think part of my self-imposed challenges include picking the niche. I have 3 or 4 and I love them all to the point I could post daily. Stuff I think would be good (nonprofit regulatory and compliance; economic development and theory) might just get buried under a channel of me yap posting at myself.

I’ve been burned trying to do good in projects and leadership before I started leaning into the more welcoming and idea-oriented blockchain community, so I’m mostly just airing the self doubt until I see a clear pick. lol 😂
