* @afrochicks gave us a killer cast reminding us that "bringing the world onchain means bringing the world onchain" & how westerners need to understand & empathize with others (esp. Africa) perception of coming on FC

* @tayyab announced Octant's biggest FC Retro Funding round yet at up to 15 ETH

* @v shared that FC signups are headed to basically free--snapchain allows initiating steps to get there

* The 'tips for casts' discussion evolved & heated up w/ notable FCers discussing the need for a cast response that tips ~ $0.25

* @dwr.eth teased a new feature for the sidebar; & $bracky brought renewed interest to the NBA Playoffs in a new format

* 'This week in mini apps' hosted by @linda & @horsefacts.eth gave us a great rundown by @phil of the QR mini app by @jake which shows the convergence of many FC building blocks

* Join @adrienne & @nounishprof after a week off, sure to far exceed 29 Minutes 😂 to catch up & start the week 8:30 AM EST

1.  just because accounts are not from western countries doesn’t mean they are bots

2. dan said to cast alot so they are casting alot

3. wc rewards can go a long way in other currencies 

non-western people of farcaster - i say this with love and care 💖

1. not everyone will engage with you no matter how nice you are or how hard you try

stop replying to people who *never* respond back to you it’s not worth your effort and you could end up with a spam label

2. if you post content from pinterest etc pretending it’s yours pls dont (this is ok for memes) but not for /itap etc 

only post lifestyle photos that are originally yours as if not ppl will think u are a bot

3. keep being authentically YOU

own where you are from, for instance i am so proud to be of nigerian and jamaican heritage 

don’t let negative stereotypes stop you from being authentic ❤️
