I have one. I also worked at Oura. I wore the ring before and after. I love it and think it's the perfect form factor. It has been getting progressively better over time, which I especially appreciate. It's not honestly great for exercise, especially if you lift and don't want to deglove your finger (or thumb).

I feel like this might be a generational thing. I go back and forth about it in my head. I think where I end up is that it's more efficient and it's annoying AF to go back and forth with someone, especially over email, trying to schedule a meeting or catch-up or whatever.
