It's looking SO good. Now that the channel selector is fixed, it's on my home screen and will be my daily driver on mobile. Really great work! Please charge for it at some point πŸ˜‰

Our L.L. Bean Boat and Tote with a zipper top (they make one with an open top too) is about 10 years old. We take it everywhere. It's a total tank of a bag, machine-washable. It's comfortable to carry, even when it's loading with stuff and doesn't drawn attention. https://www.llbean.com/llb/shop/37037

Interesting and not a good look at all. I even picked a few at random, looked at their activity and could easily determine that they were *maybe* bots, but definitely spam.

Maybe it's the Kool-Aid, but Apple's Messages moat seems to have a leak. And that leak is an integrated, truly useful AI assistant. If Google was able to do this (I don't think they will beat OpenAI), I would switch tomorrow. A great multi-modal voice assistant will be a game changer.

Two ideas... 1. Help me build Castronaut and all he has to do is write. He won't see anything else and doesn't need to log into Warpcast ever. 2. Channels will be in a better place this summer and my guess is someone will create a channel app, so all you interact with is the channel. Onboard his posse then.

And yes, I know he didn't make Platoon.

Could be the last we get from him. Apocalypse Now is probably one of my top 3 favorite films of all time. My favorite, depending when you ask me. Platoon is up there too.

...which will still talk to larger models in the cloud. I'm so much more interested in local-first, on-device, but I fear this will not be the way for the Apples and Googles of the world.

From Richard Feynman’s 1974 commencement address at CalTech. It’s pretty amazing how relevant this still is, perhaps even more so!
