Arthur is the latest visitor at Mountain Pet Rescue. A refugee from the storm, he presented himself a full week after the world exploded, crying & anxious under a bush. No chip, unneutered, but so affectionate it’s hard to believe he isn’t an owned cat. He's a light in darkness
