i'm a big fan of hot yoga. the more i do it the more i feel like it unlocks for me. yesterday, i had my first emotional yoga experience. AMA!

Oh man that first one is HEAVY. It takes a few times, my hot yoga emotional experience was in north hollywood years ago. took the towel and just bawled into it for probably 20 minutes. cathartic.
