- Habit tracking: habits which can be timeboxed & scheduled as well - Rapid task capture - any medium or source or device: audio/Siri, from a photo, email, quick text, from phone or watch or laptop Some apps have varying configurations of some of these features - no app has all - Sunsama comes closest…

A quick survey of these apps: - Project planning: Asana, Monday, Clickup, Trello, Linear etc - Tasks: Todoist and so many others - Creating: Clover (like Evernote for creatives) - Tasks/Timeboxing: Motion *Notion - you can build some but not all of these features in Notion which I’ve tried!
