best way to play with it in your opinion?
just send octant some money as a recipient of a JokeRace distribution game for funds raised (i.e. act as a source) or is there a way to go deeper (I do like the perpetual nature of it from what little I've learned at a glance)

Love to see more people playing around with @octant, public goods funding with native staked ETH

I'm curious about togethercrew, though it may not be a gov/decision making tool per se. Interested in things that measure passive community sentiment as what we express in a vote may not be what we believe in our hearts.
