I’m compiling “The Unwritten Rules of Warpcast” for an article/ frame. 

What do you think are some things we should tell new people to help them adjust?

For example: 

Engagement baiting is a two way street. Don’t engage with people who don’t engage back. Before interacting with a large account that isn’t a mutual follow, stalk their profile. Do they reply to most high value and thoughtful comments? Do they like most of the comments? Your engagement is valuable too. Be careful who you give it to.  Read the whole thread before you reply to ensure your comment stands out and it’s not repetitive. Avoid one word replies and anything that could be considered low effort. If they keep ignoring you, move on. Not worth getting labeled as a spammer. 

What other tips/tricks should we pass along?
