Let us claim 50% and let the remaining 50% be vested through the normal vesting mechanism. If you want to lock or vest, go through the proper vesting mechanism! Specifically, state the amount of time it would be vested and the exact way we could claim it and how long it would be vested. We need details, not surprises!
