Chainlink has recently unlocked and transferred 18.75 million LINK tokens from five non-circulating supply addresses. Of these, 18.125 million LINK, valued at roughly $207 million, were sent to Binance. This process occurs every three months, with about 20 million LINK being unlocked and transferred. Since 2022, a total of 133.4 million LINK (approximately $1.29 billion) has been unlocked and moved to Binance through this method.

Today, the Penpie hacker deposited the remaining 1,661 ETH into Tornado Cash, completing the laundering of approximately 11,261 ETH (valued at $27 million) stolen from Penpie. Despite Penpie's earlier attempt to negotiate a bounty, offering the hacker the chance to return the funds, become a white-hat hacker, and avoid legal consequences, the hacker appeared to ignore the proposal and continued with the transfers.
