Mostly because of hyperfocus. It's when you multitasking so hard that your thoughts spinning around so instead of linear completing of em step by step you just keep rethinking everything on and on instead of srating to act.

creatine can be very helpful in breaking through routinized limits in training plan. it's good both for mental and physical sides (that what studies saying) but I didn't feel anything mentally taking it for two months but it really gives 5-10% more power to improve.
