I dislike the new way Allowance is distributed. It's not about the amount. It's that we are now competing with each other, & you getting better at what you do doesn't mean you'll get more rewarded, especially if you're facing people who spend their day "pew pew". I'm all green: ➡ lower rank ➡ Less Allo You...?
